The subdivision is at the North end of Horseshoe Bend and is only 30 miles from Boise. It has become a bedroom community of Idaho's capital city. A small town with good people, great schools and a friendly atmosphere. The subdivision is very close to the North Fork of the Payette River and the boat launch for jet boats and floaters.
